C40-9W 9199 brand new, still in primer, coming east thru Marion going across the Conrail (Big 4) diamonds, 04/10/98.

The 9199 getting permission from the Conrail Columbus line dispatcher to cross above-mentioned diamonds. It’s interesting to note that this was recorded on the N-S road channel, not the Conrail road channel. 315k .wav
